SMART LOGISTICS is one of Maersk’s joint venture in China and established in 2003 with more than 800 employees, their TOP3 business segments are Container yard, Warehouse and Freight forwarding. Maersk holds 49% share.
The container yard covers more than 1 million square meters with operation capacity nearly 1.4 million Teus in 2023 who is ranking 1st in Qingdao now .
The warehouse area covers 40,000 square meters whose mainly focus on export consolidation, domestic distribution, supply chain management, bonded warehousing services, etc., providing multiple warehouse services for NIKE/IKEA and other world TOP 500 Key clients locally.
Freight forwarding hit 0.5million Teus as booking/cargo agent for more than 15 core carriers in 2023. Besides the BSA+ customer of Maersk, SMART also provides the internal resource integration solution for key clients such as Haier, Qingdao Beer, Sun Paper, Ningxia Eppen and other well-known world TOP 500 Key clients.
