DECANTING
During decanting in Silo trucks, we fill our special, sealed silo containers on a lorry with free-flowing bulk materials such as plastic granules. Depending on the product and plant, filling takes place by gravity in a virtually closed system. Thanks to the clean product handling, we consistently prevent cross-contamination. Before filling, we check the vehicle and hoses to ensure the product remains dry and no contamination occurs.
SORTING
When sorting plastic granules, we separate your granules according to quality criteria, such as particle size, colour variations, dust/fine content or foreign particles. Depending on material and requirements, sorting is carried out using screening technology within a largely enclosed system. This ensures the granules remain clean and free-flowing. Thanks to controlled material handling and clear process parameters, we prevent cross-contamination and ensure consistent product quality.
TRUCK TRANSPORT
For silo truck transport, we transport your plastic granules in special, sealed silo containers to ensure the product arrives at the customer’s premises dry, clean and free-flowing. Loading and unloading are carried out via a pneumatic conveying system within a largely sealed system. Thanks to clear product allocation and tested hoses and connections, we prevent cross-contamination. We constantly monitor all relevant factors to ensure the quality of your products.
