Already the signs look
very positive for a successful transport logistic China next year
– judging by the
number of applications received so far. This event is Asia´s most
important
trade show for logistics, telematics and transport. transport logistic
China, and the integrated exhibition Air Cargo China, takes place June
5-7, 2012 in the Shanghai New International Expo Center
(SNIEC).
Eugen Egetenmeir, Managing
Director of Messe München International: "This time we have received
applications at a very early stage. We are therefore confident that the figures
for 2012 will again exceed those for the previous event, when we welcomed 440
exhibitors and 13,500 trade visitors. China is the world´s biggest
exporter and in terms of imports, it ranks second. As expenditure on transport
in China
is still a disproportionately high component of company costs, the potential
for logistics services along the value-added chain has not yet been fully
exploited by a long way."
Exhibitors and trade visitors
from 67 countries attended transport logistic China 2010. In 2012, too,
attendees from many countries and regions in Europe
will again be attracted to the event. Joint participations from the Czech Republic,
France, Germany, Italy
and the Netherlands
have so far been registered. The German Pavilion is being sponsored by the
German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and for small and
medium-sized enterprises in particular this represents a cost-effective way of
gaining access to the logistics market in China
and Asia.
Another attraction for
international participants is the exhibition and conference Air Cargo China,
which is an integrated part of the show. In Asia
this is the most important business event for the air cargo industry and its
service-providers.
