The international trade fair for transport, logistics and telematics in Asia, will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in China from 17 to 19 June 2008. Munich Trade Fairs International Group has decided to shorten the days of transport logistic China from four to three days. This is due to the request of many exhibitors, who wish to focus on a three days period only.
Modeled after the leading international trade fair in Munich, the concept gives companies in the Far East their own platform for international networking. Following its success in 2006, transport logistic China is being held for the third time in Shanghai.
As the country that handles the largest volume of freight in the world, China is a key factor for success in the transport and logistics industry. Due to the gigantic domestic and export market, China has an enormous demand in the logistics and transport sector. transport logistic China has a concept that covers all solutions for all areas, allowing the trade fair to establish itself as an industry gathering in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets. The trade fair's exhibits range from logistics, telematics and e-commerce to in-house transport and material-flow solutions, freight transport and related services.
Now the Chinese market and those in the neighboring regions can benefit from this concept and the presentation of the entire value-added chain in the sector.
Key players will come to the meeting point to present their products in an international atmosphere. Experts from the industrial-manufacturing and transportation sectors will bring a wealth of experience to all events on the latest industry topics at transport logistic China. Besides focusing on products, technologies and services, they will also focus on decision-makers themselves. Thus the trade fair mirrors the potential for new forms of cooperation, allowing partners to initiate and transact new business.
To facilitate know-how transfer, the event will be accompanied by a first-class conference program, where global issues relating to successful logistics for China and Asia will be explored by well-known experts. Additionally the 2008 Air Cargo China Conference and show section will provide another focal point of the event with senior executives from the air cargo community examining the challenges that lie ahead, and the opportunities for new business with China.
transport logistic China meets the demands for international networking in the transport and logistics sector: new technologies, up-to-date expert knowledge and the presence of key industry players at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, which is the most modern trade-fair center in China.
